사업내용 Project Contents | KCNSA is the only institution of higher education in the Kampongcham region. Various activities have been supported through this project for educational and research innovation of KCNSA. Master Plan was written in the direction of the development of KCNSA into an educational institution specialized with business-oriented advanced agricultural science and technology and rural development theory. Specifically, a new vision of KCNSA was presented in the mid- to long-term by naming the project’s performance period to be ‘the time to build a new foothold’. The mid-term plan was constructed because it is a five-year plan from the start of the project, and the vision for this period is relatively fast to be applied, accommodated and reinforced at the same time, unlike the long-term. This is expected to suggest a direction in which KCNSA, which had no mid- and long-term master plan, can develop systematically and provide a differentiated strategy from other agricultural universities. |
